Rich is an accomplished entrepreneur, with a diverse background of experience. For the last 15 years he has worked in sustainability, making a material impact on climate change. Prior to joining the Nium team, Rich was the Operations and Business Development director at HiiROC - a hydrogen production start-up. As the first employee at the company, Rich helped scale the business to over 100 staff, securing £40m of funding and delivering the first commercial units. At Nium, Rich leads all aspects of the business with his co-founders.
